Former BJP Chief Rajnath Singh today demanded a statement from Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on the reports of presence of Chinese troops in Gilgit-Baltistan region in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.

The Prime Minister should take the nation into confidence about the presence of Chinese troops in PoK, Rajnath said.

"It is a very serious issue and it concerns national security," he said. On Kashmir, Rajnath said Article 370 of the Constitution will be withdrawn if BJP comes to power.

There is no solution of Kashmir without revocation of Article 370, he said.
