Delhi woke up to a warm Saturday morning with the minimum temperature recorded at 21.6 degrees Celsius, three notches above average. However, there's relief on the way as the Met office has predicted rain and thunderstorms later in the day.
"The sky will be partly cloudy and there are possibilities of thunderstorms with rain, accompanied by squalls in some places," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
The national capital, which has been recording warm and sunny days, saw some rain late on Friday.
The maximum temperature is likely to be around 35 degrees Celsius.
