The BJP has intensified its efforts to oppose the land deal in Ullahwas village.
Senior BJP leader Rajnath Singh will visit Ullahwas on Friday morning. His plan includes a march across several villages, where ‘discontent’ against land acquisition is simmering.
State BJP chief KP Gurjar said Rajnath Singh will also meet farmers in Behrampur and Ghata villages and nearby places, which are affected by land acquisition.
On Thursday, the BJP held a demonstration led by Gurjar and national secretary Abhimanyu. They burned an effigy of UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi and criticised Haryana chief minister BS Hooda.
