Pradeep Sharma, who along with IPS officer RK Sharma and two others, was held guilty of murdering journalist Shivani Bhatnagar moved Delhi High Court on Tuesday challenging his conviction.
Sharma, the alleged hired killer, was sentenced to life imprisonment on March 24 for committing the murder in Shivani’s East Delhi apartment on January 23, 1999.
