Meanwhile, the Delhi police have registered a criminal case against two lawyers and decided to write to the Chief Justice of the Delhi high court about the matter.

“In his FIR, the officer said despite having summoned him to the court, the magistrate called him ‘a donkey’s offspring’ and ordered him to get out of his chamber. Even though he complied, he was chased down by a court official who incited lawyers to thrash him minutes later,” said a senior police officer.
