The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed a petition seeking a probe into the alleged misuse of foreign funds by Narmada Bachao Andolan activist Medha Patkar for "anti-people and anti-state activities".
The bench of Justices CK Thakkar and Altmas Kabir dismissed the petition filed by the National Council for Civil Liberties, terming it frivolous.
