Subhash allegedly agreed to provide the same on July 30 and the deal was struck for R5,000. An advance of R400 was given to Subhash.

Subhash was arrested near Sarai Kale Khan Terminal on July 30 when he came to receive the remaining amount and hand over the fake certificates. His interrogation led to Sisodia.

“Sisodia has been providing forged documents for more five years. He charges R5,000 for each certificate. They provide documents of UP and CBSE Board. Subhash works as agent for Sisodia,” added Chahal.

A large number of forged certificates and mark sheets of Board of High School and Intermediate Education, UP, prepared in different names were allegedly recovered from the house of Sisodia.
