After witnessing days of chilly winds, the Capital is all set to have warmer days ahead. The Met department has predicted a slight rise in the temperature on Saturday.
On Friday, the minimum temperature at Safdarjung was recorded at 6.4 degree Celsius and the maximum temperature at 20.4 degrees. Narela was the coldest at 2.2 degree Celsius. There’s also a possibility of thunder showers on Sunday.
“Due to change in the wind from north-westerly to south-westerly/south-easterly direction in association with approaching western disturbance, rise in minimum temperatures by two to three degree Celsius will occur in the Capital during next 24 to 36 hours,” said a Met official.
