Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's speech at the Ramlila Maidan on Saturday was much mellower than the one he made in December 2013. He reached out to his political rivals, renewed his promise to fight corruption and constantly reminded his workers not to succumb to arrogance .

Here are 10 key quotes from his speech at the Ramlila Maidan:

1) "I knew the people of Delhi loved us. But I never knew they loved us so much... Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Sikhs and Jains voted for us." (On the huge mandate for AAP.)

2) "67 out of 70 seats is God’s miracle. God wants us to do something big. He has chosen us as a medium." (On the big win for AAP in the Delhi elections.)

3) "After our (earlier) 49 days in office, now we have the confidence that we will finish off corruption in Delhi. We have to make Delhi the first corruption-free city in India. We can do it (in five years)." (Renewing his promise to fight corruption.)

4) "We will have to constantly introspect...If arrogance creeps in, we will not be able to fulfill our mission." (Asking AAP workers to stay humble after such a big mandate.)

5) "God has ordered us, the people of Delhi have ordered us to serve them. All the coming five years I will serve only the people of Delhi." (Promising to keep national ambition in check and work for the people of Delhi.)

6) "Why did the BJP lose in Delhi? Because after their big win in the Lok Sabha elections they became arrogant." (Reminding workers that arrogance causes downfall.)

7) "I told the PM, you have a lot of responsibilities. Let the people of Delhi run Delhi, you run the entire country." (Demanding full statehood for Delhi.)

8) "This AAP govt belongs to all. To those who voted for us and to those voted against us. For us entire Delhi matters. (Reaching out to political rivals.)

9) "If someone asks you for bribe don't say NO. Set them up. Do a sting operation on them. Record their demand on your mobile phone. And bring it to our notice." (On need to fight corruption.)

10) "Kiran Bedi is like my elder sister. She has a lot of administrative experience. We will take her along with us. We will take her guidance from time to time." (Reaching out to his former colleague.)
