A man and his mother would face trial, as their pet dog bit a neighbour's child. But the duo has been saved from serving an imprisonment as they told the court that their pet is no longer staying with them.
Metropolitan Magistrate Tyagita Singh said that the duo have sent the pet to their native village. “Both the convicts are released after admonition,” said the judge.
A case was registered against Rakesh and his mother Premwati residents of Nabi Karim by their neighbour Maya Devi.
