Two eunuchs were on Tuesday found murdered and their house ransacked at Jamia Nagar in Southeast Delhi on Tuesday.

The police suspect the role of adopted son of the deceased and a driver, who are ‘missing’ since the incident, in the crime.

The police said one of the eunuchs, Meena (30), was found dead lying on the ground floor of the house while the other, Vimlesh (45), was found dead on the first floor.

The police said that the murders were discovered when one of their acquaintance, Khaleel Ahmed, along with some people, broke open the doors of the house in Abul Fazal at Jamia Nagar on Tuesday afternoon.

The police said both were stabbed to death and the house was ransacked. The victim’s bodies have been sent for post-mortem.

The police said Ahmed, who used to visit the house daily, noticed that the house was locked from outside for the past two days. The police said their Maruti car was also missing.

“Ahmed after detecting foul smell from the house gathered some people and broke open the doors. Since the incident, Vimlesh’s adopted son Nadeem and their driver Sultan are missing,” said a senior police officer on the condition of anonymity, as he is not authorised to speak to the media.
