Vishwa Hindu Parishad's official website has been pulled off the internet for unknown reasons.

The Hindu organisation's official site vhp.org is inoperable for the past half an hour.

Even though the exact reason is yet to be confirmed, netizens have started speculating that it may be a part of the plan by the UPA government to quell the controversial "84 Kosi Parikrama Yatra". It is interesting to note that VHP had put up a photo-gallery on the yatra today.

The anti-secularist move has drawn sharp criticism from the Twitter crowd. Here are few outbursts.
