Katrina KaifA French film has caught the fancy of Bollywood stunner Katrina Kaif so much that she’s turning into a producer to remake that film in Hindi and star in it.

While Katrina has been keeping tightlipped about the film, the buzz in the industry is that the flick is the successful 2002 French film He Loves Me…He Loves Me Not, starring the popular French actress Audrey Tautou (of Amelie fame) and Samuel Le Bihan in main roles.

He Loves Me…He Loves Me Not is a love story told from two different perspectives - one of a girl who loves a married man but can’t get his full commitment; the other of the man who loves his wife but gets embroiled in a crime after a series of misunderstandings.

Katrina is believed to be in talks to acquire the remake rights of the film. Reports say she wants Vipul Amrutlal Shah to direct the remake.

It’s not clear who Katrina’s male co-star will be in the film - Ranbir Kapoor? Akshay Kumar? or Salman Khan?
