1 Tired all the time? That’s the reason why you are unable to focus on work. Ensure that you get adequate rest and stick to set timings for sleep and getting up. The less sleep you get the more tired your brain gets... and as a result you start forgetting things.
2 Make a time-table: Sometimes, if your brain remains frazzled thinking and worrying about the million and one things you have to do, then there are chances that you might have been spreading yourself too thin or allowing work to pile up. Make a timetable, plan things beforehand, stay organised.
3 Exercise: A good dose of brisk waking or jogging or some time at the gym will keep you light and happy and your brain active. Early morning exercises clear your head, help you plan your day and energise you.
4 Eat light: Fatty, high-protein foods or overstuffing yourself means the body spends too much energy burning up all the excessive fat you have piled up. It makes the mind sluggish. Light meals like salads, especially at night give your stomach and thus your body some much-needed rest.
