These days when thousands of engineers are running out of work in India. J-ART Broadband one of the leading recruiting and software Development Company in Japan has come up with a golden opportunity.

In an effort to bridge the shortfall of trained engineers in Japan, J-ART Broadband, as a joint venture with Central Tool Room & Training Centre (CTTC) is launching a new course JASTEC in India for students studying CAD and CAM.

"We want to train & recruit Indian Engineers because Indians are known for their excellent mathematical abilities the world over. They are also commended for their hard work. Also having English as a second language is a great advantage for them. Currently not many skilled Indians are working in Japan.

"On the other hand, Japan has an acute shortage of skilled people. And this demands for quality labour force. Thus many companies in Japan are feeling the heat of quality staff pool. Hence we are tying up with CTTC to address this problem of quality labour demand and thus create a new market for Indian engineers in Japan", says Daisuke Sakai, CEO, J-ART Broadband.

The company is starting a course for students which will be free of cost. According to Daisuke Sakai, "We are opening a new course, JASTEC, for students who intend to learn industrial skills and want to prepare for various courses like CAD and CAM.

"The course will cover everything necessary to help students cope up with the working life in Japan which includes introduction to Japanese language and customs."

Adding further he says, "All students after completing JASTEC course will get a certificate from CTTC and J-ART. And we will help them get a job placement in Japan. After getting an official job offer, they will automatically get a Japanese visa."

J-ART is currently working on new projects to have active collaboration between Japan and India in the field of Human Resource Development through technical training, and it hopes to introduce them in near future.

This is for the first time that Indian and Japanese companies in joint collaboration are creating a whole New World for engineers searching for brighter future abroad.
