Bihar Board of Open Schooling and Examination (BBOSE) has declared the results of the secondary and the second senior secondary examination 2016.

Bihar Board of Open Schooling and Examination (BBOSE) has declared the results of the secondary and the second senior secondary examination 2016 on its website. The examination was held in December 2016.

Candidates can check their results here. Select the exam for which you want the result on the login page that opens and key in our roll number or enrolment number. Click submit and the result will be displayed on the screen. Download it on your computer and take a print out as well for future reference.

BBOSE is an autonomous organisation under the department of education of the Bihar government. Set up in February 2011, it is an open and distance learning institution on the lines of National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) under the Union ministry of human resource development.

Its mandate is to “reach the unreached” in terms of education and skill in the state with special focus on marginalised socio-economic and religious sections of the population. The board develops its own content and books, imparts education, corresponding to all levels of the formal school system, ie from Class 1 to Class 12.

It also holds a public examination, followed by grand of certificates for Class 10 and Class 12 that are equivalent to those of other examination boards such as CBSE and ICSE.
