Robert Storr, dean, Yale School of Art; TJ Demos, reader, modern and contemporary art, University College London, Patrick D Flores, professor of art studies at the department of art studies, University of the Philippines; Parul Dave Mukherji, dean, School of Arts and Aesthetics, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, will be part of the panel of experts.
