IITians launch website to help aspirants

IITians along with Pantnagar University and IT, BHU students have launched the first ever private e-counselling portal of Uttarakhand with an aim to help engineering aspirants take a more informed and wiser decision regarding their careers.

Launched recently, the portal would provide students all authentic reviews and information about various options available to them such as the colleges and the branches they should choose, a press release from the Pantnagar University today said quoting leader of the project Raghav Kansal.

We faced the same problem during our counselling. Now, we have tried to bridge that gap and enable students to take a more informed and wise decision regarding their career," said Kansal.

With the state AIEEE counselling to commence soon, the portal promises to be like a shining beacon to the engineering aspirants of Uttarakhand, he said, adding the site would act as a platform for the aspirants to interact with the students who are presently studying in an engineering college.
