Common Journalism Entrance Test 2012
Timing changed
The Common Journalism Entrance Test (CJET) for admission to the BA journalism (hons) programme of the University of Delhi will now be held from 3.30pm to 5.30pm on May 27, 2012. The decision was taken by the CJET admissions committee as there was a clash of date and time with the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University journalism entrance test. “We did not want to deprive the students of the opportunity to appear in both examinations. We have delayed the test by a few hours. Now the test is scheduled from 3.30pm to 5.30pm on the same day that is May 27, 2012,” says Dr Tarjeet Sabharwal, convener, admissions committee, CJET. As per the final schedule of CJET, the last date for applying is May 5, 2012. Result for the written examination will be declared on June 7, 2012. Interviews will be conducted on June 11, 12, 13 and 14, 2012. The final result will be out on June 18, 2012. The first and second counselling will be conducted on June 21, 2012 and June 25, 2012 respectively.
