A total of 10,81,879 students had registered for the Class 10 examination, which was held at 5,310 centers spread across the 33 districts of Rajasthan.

Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) will declare the Class 10 results on Sunday at 6pm on the official website. A total of 10,81,879 students had registered for the examination, which was held at 5,310 centres spread across the 33 districts of the state.

Steps to check the results

1)Go to the official website

2)Click on the link for Class 10 results to go to the log-in page

3)Enter approprite detail (like roll number)

4)Click on submit

5)Result will be displayed on the screen

The number of students who had appeared in the Class 10 exam in the state in 2015 was higher than this year at 11,06, 438.

Talking to HT about the delay of over ten days in announcing the result despite lesser number of students registering for the examination this year, Board PRO Rajendra Gupta said, “This year we had experimented for the first time using bar code (for English answer copies) to maintain secrecy during evaluation,” which caused a little delay.

He assured that from next year, the evaluation would be done after bar-coding answer sheets of all the subjects and there would be no delay in announcing the results as the system has been streamlined and all the glitches that caused the delay would be taken care of.

The overall pass percentage in 2015 was 78.58%, while in 2014 it was 74.34%.

The girls’ pass percentage in 2015 was 78.96%, while boys pass percentage was 78.31%.
