UPPSC declares PCS- J (Prelims)2015 results

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) declared the results of the civil judge (junior division) preliminary recruitment exam, commonly known as PCS (J)-2015, on Tuesday. A total of 2,101 candidates have been declared eligible for the PCS-J (Mains) exam scheduled to be held on October 26, 28 and 29, 2015 at Allahabad and Lucknow.

You can check your results on the official website of the commission at www.uppsc.up.nic.in by going to the ‘Results of PCS-J Prelims, Examination-2015’ section after providing your details (registration/roll number, date of birth, gender and the verification code)

The UPPSC conducted the PCS-J (Prelims)-2015 on September 6, 2015 for filling up 197 vacant posts of civil judge (junior division). The exam was held at Allahabad, Lucknow, Meerut and Agra in two sessions.

The question paper of general studies paper comprised 150 questions of one mark each while the second paper on law had 150 questions of 2 marks each. Candidates at the time had claimed anomalies in few questions of Booklet-C post release of the answer key by the commission but no action was taken on the complaint.

Following declaration of results of the preliminary recruitment exam by the UPPSC, examination controller Prabhu Nath announced that the process of online submission of the choice of examination district has also kicked-off from October 1. While the last date for this is October 9, successful candidates can submit their fees till October 15. The last date for updating bank transaction details is October 17.

With the results of the preliminary exams getting declared within one month, the commission is also expected to declare the detailed schedule of PCS-J (Mains)-2015 soon.
