Morning my malai sandwiches! It’s getting hot in here, no thanks to the garma-garam gossip, that is sending the mercury rising even more than ever. Worry not, I won’t go on about the mausam that is become even more be-imaan by the day. Read on my sweetums to know what everyone in glamour gaon is talking about…
Oi oi.. yeh toh hona hi tha, I tell you. A birdy from Bandra dropped in, claiming to have some really sansanikhez khabar. According to her, my news about Abbas Tyrewalla going around town tom-tomming that the credit for the success of Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Naa goes to him and not Aamir Khan eventually reached the actor-producer’s ears too.
And knowing Khan, he’s not too pleased to hear it all from others. He’d rather Tyrewalla had spoken his mind to him in all honesty, instead of going to tinsel town about it. And predictably, the Jaane Tu… director is not exactly happy with his private conversations getting out into the public domain. Birdy informs me that Tyrewalla tried contacting Khan to clarify his side of the story.
Unfortunately for him, the actor-producer didn’t answer his calls. Bechara nirdeshak even tried to get his point across by sending him a string of text messages. But those too aren’t helping him pacify the Khan. Maybe his experience in working with the perfectionist Khan should be enough to tell him that no communication and silence could very well be his way of sayin, “Ab bas, Tyrewalla.” Tsk tsk.
