The 26-year old singer landed flat on her face, also cutting her forehead, reports thesun.co.uk.

She asked her minders to take her back to the private clinic in London's Harley Street where she had gone under the knife seven months ago.

"Amy was running up and down the corridors with her top off and reeking of booze," thesun.co.uk quoted a hospital source as saying.

"She has been heard complaining of pain caused by bruising on her breasts and around her ribs. The nurses had to step in and ask her to calm down. Eventually she had to be taken back to her room. The ward sister was absolutely fuming," the source added.
