Actress Anna Faris pacifies her mother by buying her gifts as she doesn't like her daughter's risque roles.
Her parents are strict and they don't like her risque roles. So she buys her mom gifts, reports thesun.co.uk.
She said: "I still have my parents sort of haunting me to 'Act appropriate!' and 'Have good manners!' I buy my mom off. With the 'Scary Movies', I started giving her Louis Vuitton handbags. Then, it was like, 'How am I going to top this?' Now she wants a villa in Tuscany."
Faris also revealed that when she was growing up she was banned from watching TV, reading magazines and playing video games. Even her clothes were regulated. "Anything with a V-neck was forbidden. Stirrup pants? That was a huge issue."
