Watch: Salman Khan grooves in style for O Teri but this is no chartbuster

The promotional song of Atul Agnihotri's O Teri, which features Salman Khan, is out.

Despite all the style and Sallu's signature moves, the song lacks that X factor.

The lyrics of O Teri are catchy and peppy. Lines like, "Fikra ki aisi ki taisi karein" and "tension wholesale bech ke aao" might pick up the youth's fancies.

The music, however, is what lets the enterprise down. There is so much noise that you end up missing the lyrics.

Even a day after the song was released on YouTube, the video got a mere 31, 000 views – an uninspiring number given the fact that it has Salman's name attached to it.

The song has its share of Salman Khan moves, which might be a treat to the 'Dabangg' Khan's fans. However, this one will probably fail to climb the charts.

Pulkit Samrat and Bilal Amrohi, the film's actors, are also seen shaking a leg with Salman.

Directed by Umesh Bisht, O Teri stars Pulkit, Bilal, Sarah Jane Dias, Anupam Kher, Mandira Bedi, Vijay Raaz, Manoj Pahwa, Murali Sharma, Razak Khan, Himani Shivpuri and Mohan Kapoor. Salman and his alleged girlfriend Iulia Vantur feature in one song each in the movie.

Talking about Salman Khan's involvement in O Teri, producer Atul Agnihotri said earlier, "It is always a great advantage to have him as family. You definitely get access to him. He is a great actor, star and a wonderful human being. There are no disadvantages."

Salman had first heard the script of O Teri, followed by Atul, who eventually decided to come on board as the producer of the film. "I look at it as his good advice... I took this project on his insistence is a wrong thing to say. We heard the script, liked it and it was a right script for me to back," Atul said.

Earlier reports said that the actor suggested that old radio sets should be used as props in the song, sending the crew to the local flea market to buy all the available old radio sets.
