after he completes his stint in rehab for a cocaine and alcohol problem.

According to his publicist, Sheen will return on the sets of the show by March 19.

The 44-year-old actor is also scheduled to appear in court on Monday to answer domestic abuse charges, following his arrest on Christmas day last year after a fight with his wife Brooke Mueller.

reports that he was urged to enter rehab by friends and family for the sake of his 11-month-old twin sons, Bob and Max.

“Charlie had relapsed into using both alcohol and cocaine and simply couldn’t put off entering rehab any longer,” said a source.

Showing their support for the star, the producers of the comedy show have previously issued a statement saying: “We wish him nothing but the best as he deals with this personal matter.”
