The actor, 37, has been ranked the sexiest man in the world by various magazines. Hrithik had gained 15 kg for his film Guzaarish and lost the flab soon after. He has now gained 10 kg for the upcoming flick Agneepath. He says, “I do cardio for about an hour. I start my day with jogging on the treadmill for about 30 minutes.”
The 45-year-old actor, often referred to as the shirtless wonder, has completely lived up to this title. Salman has become the inspiration for many to stay in perfect shape. He does close to 1,000 push-ups and 2,000 sit-ups a day. Last year, he won the maximum number of surveys of being the
sexiest actor alive.
He made ‘macho’ cool. Rampal, 38, reportedly encouraged SRK to build six-pack abs. He says, “I believe in Tabata, a high-intensity training regimen. It follows a training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise with 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause, eight times, for a total of four minutes.”
Saif Ali Khan
The actor calls himself a ‘fitness freak’ and enjoys exercising regularly. Saif, 40, says, “I exercise regularly, but don’t have the guts to do yoga daily.” His feels fit, looks in perfect shape, and that’s one of the reasons why he made it to the list of top 10 sexiest men in India in 2010.
Ranbir, 28, is the youngest actor in Bollywood with an enviable body. The actor, who was voted the sexiest man in Asia by British magazine Eastern Eye, says, “An hour before my workout, I have a glass of mass gainer — that’s a high carb protein shake for energy.”

The star hit the headlines with his six-pack abs in 2007’s blockbuster Om Shanti Om. His bare-bodied act in the movie won him the title of the sexiest man in Asia. Trainer Prashant Sawant was the man behind SRK’s six-pack abs. Recently, the 45-year-old actor flaunted his abs by lifting his shirt at a public event in Delhi.
Young actors swear by Khiladi Kumar’s physique. A search in web yields innumerable results on how to attain a body like Akki. Arguably, B-town’s fittest actor, 43-year-old Kumar says, "I play basketball thrice a week. I also walk and trek to stay fit and keep up my stamina."
In 2008, the actor made his way to the Top 10 World’s Sexiest Men list. John, 38, is a strict vegetarian and an exercise freak, who follows the motto — eat healthy to stay fit. The actor is donning a beefy look for his upcoming film Khakha Khakha, opposite Genelia D’Souza.
The 46-year-old actor’s hulk-like physique in Ghajini inspired many to follow the six-pack phenomenon. “Aamir lived on egg whites for 13 months, along with the daily four-hour workout regime,” says his trainer, Satya Chaurasia.
Since his debut in 1981, the actor has been known for having a great body. He made beefy body cool in Bollywood. When toning his body for a film, Sanju, 51, hires Hollywood trainers and goes off alcohol. He says, “I don’t maintain any strict diet while I’m exercising.”
The 30-year-old actor treats his body like a temple. Shahid reveals, it’s difficult to get those six-packs, but it’s even tougher to maintain them. “I won’t recommend six packs to anyone. I would rather eat healthy and stay fit,” he says.
