Actor Farhan Akhtar has decided to donate his Rs 15 lakh endorsement fee to charity.
The 38-year-old gave a voiceover for three Tata Group commercials. In return the company decided to pay him R15 lakh. “Since this is my first personal association with his group, I felt it would be the right thing to do (charity),” Farhan said. He will reportedly give the money to mother and veteran actor Shabana Azmi’s Mijwan Welfare society and Magic Bus. Farhan is shooting for director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.
