Mandira Bedi claims that she is in the fittest phase of her life, and here’s a picture to prove it. The actor-host recently posted this photo on a popular social networking website, showing off her toned body.
In an earlier interview, the self-confessed fitness freak said, “Since the past five years, I am the fittest I have ever been. I almost have six-pack abs, which no anchoring or acting role requires. During my pregnancy, I had put on 22 kg. I lost 4 kg post-delivery and worked off the other 18 kg on my own later. I exercise five-six times a week, doing weight training and cardio. High-intensity workouts make me feel good. While travelling, I run on the treadmill or the streets. I always carry running shoes and a skipping rope for worst-case scenarios like rain or snow.”
