Two newcomers Harman Baweja and Imran Khan will take their bow on silver screen with Harry Baweja's Love Story 2050 and Aamir Khan's Jaane Tu...Ya Jaane Na respectively on July 4.

With both the debutants showing a lot of promise, trade analysts feel that both films should do well.

"In 2008, apart from Jodhaa Akbar and Race, and the recent Jannat, box office collections have been dull. It is in the interest of the film industry that both Love Story 2050 and Jaane Tu succeed," Adarsh told PTI.

Also, the music of both films has been launched. Aamir Khan who is the producer of Jaane Tu... preferred a low key launch by visiting veteran actor Shammi Kapoor and presenting the first copy of the music CD to him last week, while in case of Love Story 2050, which is being described as the costliest sci-fi film ever made in the country , its music launch last night was a star-studded event.

Top Bollywood personalities including Ravi Chopra, Ashutosh Gowariker, Karan Johar attended the launch. Trade sources said debutant Imran Khan resembles his uncle actor-producer Aamir Khan and Harman looks like Hrithik Roshan.

Both newcomers have displayed their dancing skills as is evident from the promos of their respective films which are being aired on television. In Jaane Tu.., Imran shows that he is a good dancer in the song Pappu can't dance while in Love Story 2050, Harman, whose looks and mannerisms are strikingly similar to Hrithik Roshan sizzles in the number Milo na milo.

At the launch of Love Story 2050 last night, speaking about his resemblance to Hrithik, Harman said, "it is not my fault. This is the way I look."

Dircetor Harry Baweja, who's Harman's Dad, says the music of the film is almost like its lifeline.

"We have tried to transcend the music in two different time zones and have aimed to create sound of today and the future. No one can predict how the music will shape up in future. But,I can proudly say that we as a team have tried to accomplish something which might be very similar to it," he said.

The music has been composed by Anu Malik and the lyrics have been composed by Javed Akhtar. Akhtar said he is proud to be associated with a project that does not compromise on budget, passion, drama and special effects.
