A few weeks ago, Marvel began releasing the posters for each of the highly anticipated space action movie's protagonists one by one. Then came the trailer, soundtracked by the Runaways' Cherry Bomb.
On Tuesday, three additional posters made their debut, revealing Gamora, Groot and Rocket Racoon. As an added bonus: on his Facebook page, director James Gunn
has decided to publish one photo per day from the movie or the set until the movie's release.
In this adaptation of the famous comic series, a ragtag band of mercenaries attempts to save the galaxy from the evil Thanos. Marvel put together a top-notch cast led by Chris Pratt in the role of Starlord and also featuring Zoe Saldana, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Dave Bautista and Glenn Close.
The adventures arrive in US theaters August 1. In the meantime, fans can head to thegalaxygetaways.com for all their intergalactic travel needs.
