Nominees in Britain's Bafta film awards

They are considered the last major awards before the big daddy of them all - Academy Awards - kicks in. Here is a list of the nominees in the major categories in the British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards.



The Bafta Awards 2014 ceremony will take place at the Royal Opera House in London on Sunday, two weeks before the Oscars on March 2.

Gravity has 11 nominations; 12 Years a Slave and American Hustle were each nominated in 10 categories, while Captain Phillips has nine nominations.
