Less than a month ago, Hrithik Roshan underwent a brain surgery (on July 7). But the actor has already resumed work. Today, in what will be his first public appearance post-operation, he’ll launch the trailer of his upcoming film, Krrish 3.
Hrithik feels the superhero film, directed by Rakesh Roshan, has made him a stronger person.
"The journey (of making a film) in itself is a huge reward. Making movies is a way of serving people. And in that process, it adds a lot of growth to oneself too. I have grown a lot through the challenges of Krrish 3. It has helped me become a stronger, better and more powerful person," says Hrithik, adding that he "felt powerful even on the operation table".
He says he feels immense gratitude for all the support he has received from millions of well-wishers. He adds, “There’s no reason not to feel powerful at any point in your life. You shouldn’t be controlled by your environment. If you keep your attitude strong, you can sail through anything.”
Post the injury (which took place on the sets of Bang Bang), is he going to be more careful while shooting?
“Pain is a sign that something is wrong and you have to pay extra attention to it. I’ll take more precautions in the future,” he says, but adds, “If my mind can imagine something, I’ll do it, but carefully."
