Hollywood actor Hugh Grant has made a “generous donation” for the refurbishment of a Scottish museum —the Highlander’s Museum in Fort George. He is helping the museum reach their 3 million pound target for the renovation, reported Daily Star online.
“Hugh Grant donated a lot of money. It was a very generous donation which we are most thankful for,” said Development director Peter Guthrie. The 50-year-old actor’s father Captain James Murray Grant served in the Seaforth Highlanders, while his grandfather was a commander at Fort George after World War II.
