Jacqueline Fernandez, who debuted in Bollywood with director Sujoy Gosh’s film, Aladin, is also considered to have one of the fittest body amongst B-town newbies. The actress shares her fitness mantra that keeps her going in ‘reel’ and real life as well.

My fitness regime:
I workout in a gym at least thrice a week. Also, I like to dance and go for a run.

My diet: I avoid fried food and refined sugar while I have fiber, fish, and eggs. My diet is very balanced.

My best body feature: My hair. My mom is Malaysian and I am lucky to get amazing hair from her.

My worst body feature: I hate my arms. They are bulgy and there is nothing I can do about them.

The Bollywood hero with the fittest body: Arjun Rampal and Dino Morea have amazing bodies. They are very lean and athletic, not bulky and over the top.

The Bollywood heroine with the fittest body: Shilpa Shetty.

I became fitness conscious after: I started preparing for the Miss Sri Lanka contest. That was the time I stared going to the gym. I was always very sporty as a child too. I was the captain of the basketball team and would do trekking and camping.
