Rihanna has bemoaned the loss of her curvy figure, and said that even though she stopped dieting some time ago she is still losing weight somehow.

She called into Ryan Seacrest’s show on Kiis FM in US and ended up discussing her slimmer figure.

“The Five Factor Diet has gone straight out the window ever since I went on tour. I mean, It’s difficult to have any kind of routine when your schedule is that crazy,” the Daily Mail quoted her as telling the radio host.

“So I really have no idea how I’m continuously losing weight,” she admitted, acknowledging her thin frame.

"It’s actually pretty annoying, because now I don’t have a butt, and I have no boobs. I already had no boobs to start with. So annoying! and I’m eating everything!" she said.

The Five Factor Diet is the brainchild of personal trainer Harley Pasternak who created a simple nutrition plan based on fives.

It’s based on five meals per day, five days a week of exercise made up of five phases each five minutes long. Even each meal has five specific criteria and there are five cheat days allowed in five weeks.

Rihanna’s father, Ronald Fenty, had said earlier that his daughter looked “fat” the last time he saw her and he’s glad that she’s losing weight.

“I actually thought she was a little fat the last time I saw her… But when I saw her at this year’s Grammys, I thought she was back to her normal size. I used to joke with her “Robyn you’re getting too fat,” Heat Magazine quoted him as saying.

‘But I think she’s fine. I think she looked excellent, as everyone saw, at the Grammys. She’s dieting, she’s working out,” he added.
