She is the perfect size zero, a mother of four and a darling of the fashion elite. Singer-turned-fashion designer Victoria Beckham is candid enough to concede that she is “the luckiest woman in the world”. “I’m never going to sit here and say, ‘Poor me, I’m being followed by photographers’. Are you kidding me? I’m the luckiest woman in the world and I appreciate absolutely everything,” the former Spice Girl recently said in an interview on CNN’s Talk Asia.
She also considers her family to be lucky. “We’re a really private family and our kids are happy. I don’t focus on anything negative. We consider ourselves so lucky,” said the 38-year-old, who is married to footballer David Beckham and has four kids with him — Brooklyn Joseph, Romeo James, Cruz David, and Harper Seven.
After four kids, is Victoria planning for a fifth baby? “Who knows? I don’t know. We’ll see. I want to enjoy the four that I’ve got...If I had a fifth, the next question would be, ‘When’s the sixth?’ It’s like, ‘Come on’,” she said.
But wouldn’t David want a football team? “Yes, well, never say never. But at the moment, Harper’s only nine months and we’re just enjoying our time with the kids,” she said.
When it comes to Harper Seven, Victoria is quite the doting mother. “She’s a really happy, content baby. She’s an easy baby. She’s everywhere with me,” she says.
