An Indian ad filmmaker, Shivendra Singh Dungarpur, is a co-sponsor in restoring Hollywood legend Alfred Hitchcock’s 1927 film, The Lodger: A Story of the London Fog, which will be the inaugural film at the upcoming London Olympics.

“I’m one of the sponsors in the funding for the restoration of the film (along with the British Film Institute.) We will be screening on July 21. (London-based composer of Indian origin) Nitin Sawhney has composed a new score for the silent film,” Dungarpur told us.
