Even the rain could not stop the enthusiastic crowd of Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM) from having a gala time on day one of HT City Fresh on Campus.

The initiative, which kicked off Thursday, will track the hip and happening freshers across Delhi colleges in the coming weeks.

At IIPM, students were seen dancing to the tunes played by DJ Sumit Sethi. Bollywood numbers like Chaar Baj Gaye, Bhaag Bhaag D K Bose, Jalebi Baai and Sheila Ki Jawani seemed to be the crowd’s favourites. “It’s like an early freshers party for us. What better than letting your hair loose after back to back classes,” says Pooja Soni, a first year student. The day also saw events such as T-shirt designing on the theme of 100 years of Delhi, where students were asked to design tees celebrating the history of the Capital. A much-attended contest was Diva of the Day, which saw girls walk the ramp and answer rapid fire questions. Here’s a look at all the fun that took the campus to a high!
