The Los Angeles Superior Court has ruled Peyton must stay 100 yards away from the 41-year-old actress for the next three years and refrain from attempting to contact her, reports heraldsun.com.au. He must also stay away from any of her employees, agents, managers and places of residence or business.

Police arrested the alleged stalker and placed him under psychiatric hold after they found him in possession of a sharp object and a roll of duct tape.

According to the court documents - I Love You Jennifer Aniston - carved into the side of his car.

"Peyton is an obsessed, mentally ill and delusional stalker - with a history of violence and criminal stalking - who drove cross-country in his delusional 'mission' to locate and marry (Aniston), with whom he believes he is in a relationship," said the court documents.
