Gwyneth Paltrow used to be the one to inspire Coldplay frontman and former husband Chris Martin. But after the couple's 'conscious uncoupling' a few months ago, he has taken on a new muse -- Jennifer Lawrence.
"He writes her songs and loves taking her to private spots for romantic getaways," a source said.
Lawrence will accompany the musician on his band's forthcoming concert tour as well. "Lawrence will be part of the entourage," a source told Radar Online. "She has some down time in her schedule at the moment, and is having so much fun with Chris. The musician's sense of humour has genuinely surprised her, and his band mates really like Jennifer," a source told Radar Online.
And Paltrow approves. She has said she has a "good feeling" about Martin dating Jennifer Lawrence.
A source spilled the beans to British magazine Grazia saying that Paltrow loved that Lawrence has integrity, and a sense of humour, and it was not like a lot of the mindless groupies who threw themselves at Martin, Stuff.co.nz reported.
The source added that the 41-year-old actor told the musician that she had a good feeling about Lawrence and felt as if she was someone Martin could trust.
Paltrow and Martin separated early this year. They have a daughter Apple, ten, and son Moses, eight, together and continue to be on good terms with each other.
"Gwyneth had known for a long time that their relationship was coming to an end, so the last thing she'd do is be pretty about who he sees. She's genuinely happy for him."
Paltrow is reportedly dating Glee co-creator Brad Falchuk and even called up Lawrence to make her feel comfortable.
