Justin Bieber has been sued for almost $10 million by Stacey Wilson Betts. The woman who suffers from hearing loss and severe tinnitus in both ears, claims losing her hearing because of loud fans at a Justin Bieber concert.

Betts says that the incident happened two years ago in a US concert when Bieber encouraged the audience to scream louder, reports The Sun.

She has filed a lawsuit of $ 9.23 million against the Canadian singer. Justin Bieber has been asked to settle the damage.

Justin Bieber is busy working for his first film. Actor Mark Wahlberg is excited about his upcoming film with the teenage star, which he will produce and co-star in.



The film marks Bieber's acting debut and Wahlberg says the production team is still working on the script, reported Access Hollywood.



"We're just waiting for the script, I've seen 115 pages of it and it's really good. It's kind of like the Color of Money with Paul Newman and Tom Cruise, and now me and Justin Bieber. It could be very good," the star said of the untitled project.









The actor also said the Baby hitmaker is putting a great deal of thought into his debut film.
