The YouTube video shows the guy taunting the fans waiting outside.
Huffington Post reports that there could be a possibility that real Bieber appeared in another window at exactly the same time since he is likely to do something like this.
Also, last month eighteen-year-old appeared in his balcony in Paris and invited his fans to sing with him outside Universal Music headquarters, says Huffington Post.
Justin Bieber is currently in Australia for a promotional tour. He's scheduled to visit Melbourne and Sydney for interviews and an appearance.
While Justin Bieber was busy tweeting about his Australia tour and talking about his next Malaysian tour, the teen sensation's Indian fans seem to have started what looks like a mini-movement on Twitter.
