After charming the audience with power-packed performances in her films, actress Kareena Kapoor is all set to explore the power of the pen. Bebo will be penning a chapter in her dietician Rujuta Diwekar’s second book, which will hit the bookstands later this year. Kareena had earlier written the foreword for her first book, Don’t Lose Your Mind, Lose Your Weight.
Diwekar guided Kareena’s diet to help her achieve the much-talked about “size zero figure” for the film Tashan.
Inside the book Diwekar says, “Bebo will be writing a chapter in my book on working women. She is India’s one of the top working woman. Everyone wants to be as glamourous as her. She has a healthy working relationship with everyone, be it family, friends or her co-stars. She leads a very fulfilling life. You will have to wait for the book to see what exactly she writes.” Diwekar has been Kareena’s dietician since 2007.
Talking about her diet, Diwekar says, “Kareena eats everything. She has made ghar ka khana fashionable. She eats nutritious food, at the same time, she does not deprive herself.”
Bebo also confirmed her contribution to the book. “I am going to become a writer. I’m going to write a chapter on working women,” she said. “The book basically tells about the special nutritional meals that women should take,” says Diwekar.
