“Sex keeps me fit and healthy — what can be better than that?” The Sun quoted Brook, as saying.
The Strictly Come Dancing star also revealed that she does not believe in dieting and never holds herself back from gorging on deserts.
“I keep my figure by eating what I want — but not in bulk,” Brook said.
