Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries have finally set dates for the end of June, to give depositions in their ongoing divorce proceedings.
The former couple will be facing questions from each other’s lawyers; Kardashian will be doing her deposition in Los Angeles while Humphries would complete his in Minnesota.
Kardashian’s deposition is scheduled to take all day, with Humphries’ lawyer asking her about her newfound relationship with rapper Kanye West as well as the $325000 Ferrari allegedly given as a wedding gift by a Malaysian businessman that the reality star reportedly kept after her split from the NBA player.
“Kim’s deposition will take place at her lawyer Laura Wasser’s office at the end of June and Kris’ attorney Lee Hutton will do the majority of the questioning," RadarOnline quoted a source as saying.
“The deposition is scheduled to last for an entire day. Kris’ deposition will take place in Minnesota towards the end of June also and Kim’s attorney will have to fly from California for that. Kris lives in Minnesota during the off season and this is where his attorney is based. His deposition is also scheduled to take a full business day,” the source said.
While scheduling depositions implies that their divorce proceedings are moving forward, the source claims that Kardashian is not pleased.
“Kim is just livid that she has to be deposed She has tried to get out of it, but there is no way she can,” the source said. “Kris is ready for his deposition to be taken and just wants the truth to get out about what really happened when they were dating and after the wedding,” the source added.
Apparently the Basketball star is still pushing for the pair’s divorce proceedings to be public and filmed by cameras, just as their entire relationship was.
