Instead of spending this weekend at a nightclub or a gig venue, you can drive down to Lonavala to attend a unique arts festival. Titled Dfusion, the event will feature multiple Indian and international music and dance artistes.

Designed as a 24-hour non-stop cultural extravaganza, the festival will begin at 11 am on the first day and wrap up around the same time on the next day.

Popular international DJs like Ramiro Lopez (Spain) and Oliver Smith (London) will be part of the all-night festivity. Indian EDM artistes like Nucleya, Lost Stories and Helium Project, among others, will perform at the open-air venue.

The highlight of the event will be a group of acrobats and drummers from South Africa, who will be present a dance act. "Our performance will be high on energy. It will have two groups, each comprising four performers. Besides dancing to African beats, we will also perform on rock 'n' roll and Bollywood numbers," says Mtititi Zamba, one of the members of the troupe. The group will also present a percussion set featuring 35 drummers.

Like most festivals, this event, too, will feature multiple stages - three in total. Bollywood music lovers can look forward to the performance by popular DJs from the circuit such as DJ Suketu and DJ Nawed, among others.
