Mumbai Police arrested a 32-year-old Rajasthan man for allegedly publishing "offensive and false information" about actor Aamir Khan and his TV show

Satyamev Jayate 2

online.

Yuvraj Singh Shaktawat, who is from Udaipur, was arrested and a 170-page chargesheet in the case was filed in a court.
The accused, who had allegedly posted offensive comments on speakingtree.com, was later granted bail by the court.

In March 2014, an FIR was registered against unidentified persons for publishing slanderous material about the TV show online.

As per the complaint by Shrinivas Rama Rao, executive producer of Aamir Khan Productions Pvt Ltd, the crime branch began probe and found three objectionable websites -- www.speakingtree.com, www.santabanta.com and blogspot.in.

With the help of authorities concerned, the police blocked all the three sites. The handler of blogspot.in had been arrested in April this year and a chargesheet was also filed.
