Actor Mel Gibson called in the cops after a DVD of his unreleased film, The Beaver, was stolen from the mailbox of his Los Angeles home.
Actor Mel Gibson called in the cops after a DVD of his unreleased film, The Beaver, was stolen from the mailbox of his Los Angeles home.
Production bosses sent Gibson a copy of the film, directed by Jodie Foster, to view the final cut before its premiere at the upcoming South By Southwest Festival in Austin, Texas.
Gibson watched the film and put it back in his mailbox. But the DVD was not found when the delivery man came to pick up the package. Officers are investigating the matter as a petty theft.
