The other day, waiting for a bus at Moti Nagar, I noticed a legless man squatting on the road , literally begging any passing rickshawwallah and auto driver to drop him at Basai Darapur, barely at a distance of 1 km away. But no one cared enough to help this needy man. Being in a tearing hurry to reach my examination centre, I boarded a bus and left. The general apathy of Delhiites, including me, could be noticed. I am sure some noble soul would have dropped him at his destination.
— DR Gulati,
This was an incident that happened with me and my friends. Just last week only, I and two of my friends were going to college to give our exam. Suddenly, we saw that two bulls were fighting in the middle of the road. People were watching their fights, but we did not watch and we went off. As we were going towards the college, suddenly we saw that many students who were coming behind us were running. I asked one of the students, “Why you all were running?”. He replied that one of the bull is approaching towards us. After hearing this, we also ran with them. Luckily, we managed to reached the college gate and we all were safe now. I will never forgot this incident in my life.
